LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participating in Mission Mischief involves real-world activities including but not limited to:

• Traveling to various locations
• Interacting with strangers
• Physical activities and challenges
• Use of technology and social media

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Loyal9 LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in Mission Mischief.

3. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loyal9 LLC from any loss or damage arising from my participation in Mission Mischief, including any claims by third parties.

4. MEDICAL CONDITION

I represent that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in Mission Mischief activities.

5. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in Mission Mischief and understand that I am solely responsible for my actions.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I acknowledge that I have read this waiver, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily. This waiver shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
